States that have their own Marketplace Exchange – Affordable Care Act






Depending where you live, the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance Exchange is either run by the Federal Health Exchange, HealthCare.gov, or individually by your own state.

Below is the list of the States that run their own health exchanges.  If you live in these states, you have to get Affordable Care Act / Obamacare through the state exchange.  You cannot get it through the Federal Health Exchange, Healthcare.gov.

Utah (individual goes to Healthcare.gov, business goes to Avenue H)
